This cold is driving me nuts. I have the usual congestion so every time I cough my head hurts. I didn’t sleep well. My shoulders ache. I just feel miserable. (I probably should have taken a sick day ;-(.) So here’s the recipe I am going to use.

  • Sleep- I need more.

  • Chicken Noodle soup- It’s cliche` but seems to help.

  • Water- Lots of it!

  • Cartoons- Laughter is a good thing!
